What are the channels that do not work? Have u tried with fta channels first? Sr4 set does not function like normal cable tuner so u need to input all the sh frequency in satellite.xml to scan for sh channels.

FTA channels does not work either. Tuner DVB-C was present after i installed trial tuner 1.0.3b, which normally works for other images.

when i turned on channel 5, it's just the image background (flowers) with nothing else shown, same goes for SH channels.

Trial tuner does not work well with open Pli image. U could try to add the sh frequency in satellite.xml and do an auto scan once again.

hi senior, how can I manually add channels after the last nfi update? As you mention above, need to put them in the satellite.xml? How about the terresitrial.xml & cable.xml? Do we need to update these as well?

Where folder in dm800se do I ftp these to?

If u r not using sr4 triple tuner, there is no need for editing. If there is a new channels available, just do a manual scan on the new channel frequency and the symbol rate.

Invalid or Deleted File.

Seems after updating the panel from 6.9 to 7.2 seems to solve the recording hanging problem so far. Continue to monitor it

If your http record and stream FTA no issue then try downgrade the mgcamd to 1.31, it did the trick for me...

Help needed. Using dm 800 hd se, perform auto scan, can see most channels (HD, FTA & cable) but not B***P*****L.

Read through the forum trying to figure out a fix. Some clarification needed.

1) How do I check what's the current firmware it is running?

2) Will there be any compatibility issue? Such as it can only be upgraded with certain firmware, but not others.

3) There are 5 firmwares available, which one is better and what's the difference?
- SG800SE-Cnigma2-SSL-84b
- SG-Dream-Elite-4.0-v001r003-dm800se-SSL-84b
- SG-Nemesis 2.6-dm800se-svn110r0-SSL-84b(2)
- SG-Newnigma V3.3.2-dm800se-SSL-84b
- SG-Open Pli-dm800se-SSL-84b

4) keys & scce need to be FTP after flashing the firmware. How do I backup these keys & scce before flashing? I doubts that I can get it from seller anymore.

5) I have following software, anything else that I need? Can provide some guides?
- DreamBox Control Center v2.96
- DreamBox Edit 5.2.0.0
- DreamUP 1.3.3.9
- Keys Management Panel V1
- Sunray-FlashUp (Not sure what's this for)
