Everyone has made it a life choice as they know they have a better life than by working. They openly take the piss out of me as they worked out by the time they had their council tax, rent and other benefits they are on the same money as me. Add to this they do one cash in hand job a day and they beat my money hands down.

Their average day consists of getting out of bed about 11am, going to the bookies, clean a few windows or cars etc cash in hand. Hit the pub and do dogy deals. A few of them even have their rent paid for them yet live with their girlfriends in their tax payer funded flat. Then you wonder why there's not enough accomodation.
Thats not far from the truth as fat as i can see

When you say "genuinely" m8, what do you mean? Do you mean someone has assessed him as having no legs and arms but a big nose that could be used to type on a keyboard?

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.

Depends when you applied if you apply before april this year you can get about ?70 for care and about ?55 mobility if you are genuine with doctors notes you will get this. If applied after this april you will have to have tests. You can also have a carer too or not and keep money. Anyone who is on esa and passed test wilk get ?100 min up t0 ?120 plus they can have disability money and keep carers money if required. If they cant pass test not much wrong imo i passed it ok and 56% pass appeal.

So is this a genuine test or a passport to benefits? Are you genuinely sick or are you abusing the system to get benefits you don't really qualifiy for?

Btw forgot to add that disability is on sliding scale you may get less. But as the thread ws about genuine disabled thought i would show disablef rate

Anything less minimum is ?100 and goes up rapidly depending ob how far your disability gets you but its possible to get nearly '?300 a week the two hundred was an average imo

I qualified for support group esa with no problem no appeal ?105 a week

If Mrs red didnt live with me id get ?120

I get no housing benefit and no council tax benefit

mrs red earns about ?106 a week

I do not cry, in fact i could probably get a lot more in dla

As for legitamacy thats for courts to decide. i did not need them though i had enough medical evidence to support me without it

56% of claims are won on appeal

Anyone who is genuinely ****ed is guaranteed anything from ?100 to ?300 a week dependant on circumstance

And probably rent and c/tax benefit

                              hardly poverty m8

                              I have worked for less

from what i read PIP tests will be for 1 to 5 years anyway depending on whether symptoms are likely to improve or not

not everybody will be ill for 40 years
