best check your extraction software , as it downloads and unpacks just fine for me , and its now on my box and working ok too , and has done so for over a day

Only problem im finding with the new firmware is the 7 day download epg some channels give you the next day epg but none of them give u the 7 day.Any ideas anyone?.

that option works fine on a blade if you select any epg portal channel on 28e before starting the epg download

to get 7 day epg on 28e do the following :-

first scan in transponder 11778V 27500 , and look for the channels like 8010 or portal video 5 that have sly trailers and info

select that channel , then press ok and do an epg update and it will download the 7 day epg for you

then select the guide and alter the epg as you wish using the coloured buttons

always select that channel to do the download , when required , as it uses it for its epg information

no it doesn't it extracts 05/01/2012 and is the latest release

When I try to do this, I get a insufficient Transponder Memory error in the manual channel option, In fact if I go to satellite search to do a full scan of 28.2, it only scans one Transponder, finding about 5 channels.

Have factory reset the box and tried again but still the same.

you didnt state which patch you were using , but if its this latest one , factory reset the box and try the latest OFFICIAL FIRMWARE

if the fault still persists , contact blademedia.tv or your supplier
