Hello Friends
After reading password with vvdi BGA key ( spare key ) via OBD
Now Audio system on but Sound Audio mute ( On Radio and CD )
C200 w204 (12.2012) - EIS: 207 545 01 08
No DTC
can anyone help me for this problem ?

Strange.... :listen: check Audio amplifier when you have as separate unit... ;)
otherwise no any possibility have keys something to do with Audio unit... :(

Read hash by OBD and use it with the pass you already extracted. Sometimes IR gives wrong hash. By the way I never had case of wrong password extraction by IR - it either does it or doesn't.

If you mean you couldn't extract pass by IR and then extracted pass from the old broken key then it is possible the data inside to be corrupted resulting in a wrong pass.

I took eis out, its 209 hc12, vvdi asks for cable v3 which i dont have.. so i decided not to read it. Is there a chance that pass is wrong and anyway it says that it calculates data?

when is inside HC12 mcu, then go read pass with IR cable adapter directly...no need any key...its max 1-2 min of your time to get success key pass ;)

That not happen.
Ive made some second spare key for some customer after an year.

Just dont use the same position you use before, because the key have a counter, if customer put the key in the EZS 2000 times, so you have to insert that key almost 2000 times in order to start sincronize that key.

All other theories are just theories.

you can try this
1.calculate the key password
2.enter into the esl(elv) interface,read out the esl data
3.load the eis data in the esl interface,then paste the key password
4.ticket the "Auto clear TP and personalized",then write.Renew done.

I had w209 today, old EIS. I could not get to it, it's way too obstructed. So read IR, and luckily it read the password for me via same IR, first time ever for me! So I calculated keys and wrote one - Nothing, second, changed tracks etc.. The cluster is w211 type, says CALCULATING. I tried putting it in like 100 times, waited and nothing.
Did it read wrong password? Or what is wrong?
I'd try read on the bench if the shop pulls it for me. The ESL seems brand new and w210/w203 style.

0L02M or 1L02M you can't rewrite flash...there are no any one... :listen:
flash you can did only on 2J74Y or 4J74Y ;)
64kb full dump(eep+flash or ROM) can read only ETL or O5 when you "read all memory" ;)

There's nothing new about VVDI MB BGA TOOL in this thread anymore.
Only info about other tools and password requests.
Nothing new for almost a whole year now(the power adapter doesn't count as an actual additional function). Looks like Xhorse decided to cut further development here...

By the way this Extreme MB tool is only a software calculator. There's no actual device for it except the USB crypto dongle. It says you need only the software and internet to calculate passwords.

you can try to write EIS data several times,if write data success EIS satus should be normal.
your this problem has nothing with IR adaptor, maybe this EIS only executive parts of commands then stop to do next(barely EIS happened like this).try to write first.

BE keys programmed and everything worked ok.

Only original keys having problems with remote function.

I was doubting VVDI MB but it works very many things. ISM, Plate, Keys, etc.


I am still wondering why my ECU does not work. I tried reworking old cables that I bought with VVDI, I connect everything directly and verify connections? Is there anything that I am doing wrong and forgot to check?

I used vvdi mb to make ETC virgin on w204. it did the job then I used das to adept to car. it worked . but after few start EZS and engine computer shows tcm is not authorize and car start moving. vin coding and shifter already adepted. same transmission unit was brought from junk yard .
I did it second time. car run fine but after few starts it sows deve authorization from tcm wrong. and car wont move.

I had the same problem. I having more and more situations where getting erase pass not calculated by vvdi mb server, and there is no support at all.
try taking the eis out of a and use eis adepter on the bench. it helped me few times.

Update, I click WRITE 15 times, disconnect, reconnect, etc etc, on 15th time it worked. Let's have a pizza party!



Edit: Stop the pizza party! The car at first was no crank, no start, no dash lights. After ELV emulator installation, dash on, car CRANK, no start. lol... perhaps two different problems???

This car was used for jump starting and DASH died after jump start. Fun :)

I haven't done this procedure exactly but if you look at my post above, you can see I had similar problem. I just kept trying and trying and trying, and suddenly it works.... black magic, I don't know why, I would say try some more before you give up. Perhaps disconnect power, reboot, move wires, etc....you never know, it's happened more than once for me with VVDI BGA

This morning vvdi mb ~~~~ed original v28 key of w203 trying to get data by ir. Finally I had to read ezs with vvdiprog, opened key, renew it and make new key and this key put in 8th position. Bad luck... Eis was 203 505 05 08. Also failed to get password by IR

my mean your file without password. for me looking ok but can't be showing correct in early skc software. you have to read pass with or without token for correct dump than make keys with same tool.

than you was not saved correctly. maybe i am wrong but for check open your file with vvdi bga tool in section prepare key. if your file have pass software should show it.
just try to halp you.

This morning vvdi mb ~~~~ed original v28 key of w203 trying to get data by ir. Finally I had to read ezs with vvdiprog, opened key, renew it and make new key and this key put in 8th position. Bad luck... Eis was 203 505 05 08. Also failed to get password by IR

After collecting data put key on ezs and wait to unlock elv. 3 minutes after unlocked. Put key in mb keytool and told me key was not synchro with ezs. Put again key on ezs and elv unlock but key doesn't turn...
