I notice that if I use dreamboxedit to send picons, I am always stuck at extracting picons and ended up not transferred. No matter which version I use, the end result is the same.

So I decided to work around it by using the ftp method. Here is a video tutorial

Hello all, Noob here. I'm very new to this scene pls be patience with me

I currently have E2 DM800 HD with SGSH of 22062012. I have 1 question. Whenever the box is powered up, the box will go to ch 227. Now this ch is defaunct, how do I change it? I wana change to ch 302.

You press up/down button, the channel list appears. Scroll to the channel you want to startup , press menu button and set as start up

Doesn't work. Mine menu is not able to set Startup channel. Got other suggestions?

Which image r u using? Some image has the option to select the channel for startup or u can try this. Select the channel u want for startup and do a restart enigma. Once done, the next time u switch on yr box, it will be yr startup channels.

The path u set for picon is wrong for newnigma2 image that is why it is not reflected and also u need to enable skin picon in newnigma services before it can take effect.

Tks. Resolved the issue. Working picon. Btw can the lcd on the dm800c display picon as well?

1 of my DM800 firmware is corrupted lately, where can i get the firmware for it? Can someone also help advise how to pull the key from my existing DM800? Thanks alot
