I am still using the pathetic 500c with many problems. Occasionally got to reflash

Make sure your tv antennae cable is the black one and not the white cheapo cable. Best to get the black belden 1530 tv cable

For all those having signal rate issues, like I mentioned you are most likely residing in older estates and/or higher floors ... take a look at the signal amplifier thread

I am new here. I have a DM 500C which always hang frequently. Get advise to flash the set. Using dreamup 1.3.3.9 to do a flash.
Itchy hand accidently select "flash erase". Now all channels in the box is loss. Read from thread, but still unable to find a suitable image for this DM 500C. Any kind soul out there can advise on the procedures in getting back the channels. Where can I find all the images/channels for this DM 500C. Have been searching around, try with various .img file, but still unsuccessful. Manage to do a automatic transponder scan, but it prompt no "Lock". Physically the "Lock" icon is not tick. How and what can I do? SIgh.....

Bouquet is loaded onto box with DreamBoxEdit not Dreamup ... same advice here, read up newbie guide and thank member Koonz

Query... understand from friend theres a couple of channels with hokkien shows but its still not available in the new channel list. Is there other files or manual way to add in these programs?

I dont know the technicals such as freq...etc.

Appreciate any guidance.

Lol.. It's more worth it and flashing is easier by Web browser. Total I had throw away 5 dm500c. Tot u have the Q5?

Yes I have a Q5, still very new to it. So just watch as it is.

I also have thrown away many 500c last time over a period of 3 years. I remember I order a few and some box got issue. I send back for repair and then the factory close down. Never return to me my box. Scam

Those are on demand channels (Ruyi) which you will not be able to watch them on the actual on demand channel.

You need to watch on the special on demand channels specially to intercept them. Not sure if these special in demand channels are bouquet provided.

Lastly, you do not have control of what show or episode as these are intercept from subscribed owner. You watch what they watch.
