XBMC is great but it doesn't support .rmvb format.
Antroid also has XBMC12 and antroid box is much more cheaper (about SGD60-80 only if buy from Taobao).

I am now using a G-Box Midnight MX2 XBMC Linux box. There are many movies and TV channels that can be watch from this box, including live BeePeeL matches. I bought it from Ebay UK. Cost is around SGD$330 including shipping.

Yes, mine is quad core. So far for the $330 that I spent, I find it's worthwhile. There are just so many movies, tv programs and sports channels to tune to. And the videos add-ons all auto add by itself. And since it's a quad core, I get to watch 3D movies from the add-ons as well. Also it's a Linux system so it is much faster than on Andriod.

Be careful, those android boxes that didn't charge annual subscription, user have to find out the source of stream by themselves. TV package inside are almost hot-linking, you will not know when it will unable to view anymore. The cost of bandwidth is very expensive, no paid no gain.

Actually the streaming source is not difficult to find at all. For movies add-ons like Much Movie HD, Simply Movies, Ice Film, 1 Channel, etc, most of the links works fine. My Linux XBMC box comes with a link auto resolver. As for football, you can always stream from Skysports, BT Sports, Sports Devil, Sport-A-Holic, etc. So far I have no problems with it.

Hi Bro can enlight me what type or model is the SH approve splitter and cable. I too using splitter but the picture is not ideal therefore my room had no TV programme to watch. I hear that is a amplifer (Booster) to improve the signal. I had went down to sim lim tower and they just gave me those normal splitter type which I can get from my neighbourhood. Pls advise and Gam Xia

Go down to sim lim TOWERS basement level to look for "APH" splitters, there is a small shop( i forgot wats their name). Its at the corner opposite a shop selling LED lightings, the shop is run by a couple and their son. Very friendly and happy to help,

It comes with cs ready features. you will be able to watch yr desire channels(those you can watch for free at 24hrs coffeshop) through a server.(not free of charge but is definitely cheaper).

For those people that r waiting for a workaround or a decoder that can open up the channels for free, u had been blessed for the past few years, MOVE ON!!, going to the coffeshop would be a better choice becos if there is a workaround or decoder that can do N3 then Europe and the rest of the world would have had it already. Europe and the rest of the world r now "CSing"

dm500, 800 ,Q5, fyHD, MVhd all have this function, they come with a LAN port meaning they r network communicable with the server. That is y some seller claim they boxes r N3 ready in fact all boxes are ready
if they come with a LAN port. So if yr box don have LAN port, its history.

The different is the someone of some box have no server, but the someone in some other box r already testing their server. N3 cs is a totally different game, not any tom, dick or harry can build a server which could be the connection point u mention.
