Can anyone reupload firmware 1.22 ? i am TC Q5 HD PVR and i only can air fta channels . starhub channels are listed but not able to play, previously can play on 1.17 but i saw 1.19 and then cannot already.

The problem is due to the lose of key. contact your provider to get it.

Do you mean download those two zip files, unzip onto a usb
then follow the steps?
One last qns : The file with kdat extension, is it the latest channels files? I asked because the latest channel files I received from seller is around 320kb. So I wonder if its the same.

I'm having some issues with my Q5. What happened was that it hanged while I was watching TV today at home. So I decided to switch it off and switch on again. So now, when the box boot up, the blue coloured introduction screen was still there and no picture on the screen. From the menu, the channel listing is there and you can clearly see that there's signal but no picture.

Anyone having this issue now? Could it be SH changed to N3 for my area?

Hi Bro,

When you press the ok button on your remote can you see the channel listing?
If yes, press the selected channel, there should be a small box below. On the right side of the box, can you see any signal bar? Are they full? Mine is all full but no pic.

Okay, now my Q5 has no problem. But because I did a factory default, I lost all my channels. I'm not trying to download the latest bouquet but unfortunately, the bandwidth has been used up. Can any kind soul here please kindly send it to me?

Gentlemen, now I know what's the problem with my Q5.

Basically, the DB will hang itself after watching for 10 mins. As a result,no matter what chanel you switch to,you will only see black screen even the signal shows full strength.

I just want to check if anyone know what's Happening? Or should i take it as it's dead and i should get a new One?
