    Doesn't prove anything.

Think if I was to go into business with someone I would like to know who I was dealing with.

Here's a quote from the article in reference to Lennon

" There is no suggestion that Lennon has been accused of any involvement."

And another quote in relation to the same article:

"Mr Lennon finds himself the innocent victim."

But lets not ruin a good headline eh, some folk are steeping to new lows in attacking Lennon and that's a damn shame.

must put my sunglasses on next time I see Celtic their 'whiter than white' hoops will blind me..

all I'm saying is you lot bang on as if you sit there quietly whilst Rangers fans gang up on you..

No wonder the Mancs and Celtic have a decent affinity.. Your 'woe is me' attitude is disturbingly similar

Again you ignore the obvious question, not one person has claimed Celtic is whiter than white ops, your the only person claiming that !

Ha ha. Funny that how most of the English clubs supporters refer to yous lot as the 'woe is me lot'?

You are going from one thing to another. First it was 'our league's better than yours' what we (fans of Scottish clubs) have heard on many, many occasions...yawn. Then after that we had the religon & links to terrorsits what apparently Tic & Gers have??, then we had the 'points scoring and playground antics (bearing in mind 'our leagues better than yours' and the amount of points scoring some Liverpool fans get up to on the Utd thread..). Now we have Celtic are whiter than white and Rangers gang up on us And Celtic and the 'Mancs' have affinity because we both have a 'woe is me' attitude - which is the best one of the lot!

Sticking to thread, what about Lennon then Ops? Do you think he's guilty of being a racist and does he deserve what's happening to him?

He doesn't deserve 'Death Threats' but he's an antagonistic cu*t and he's hardly a saint in fact he once said to a Rangers player "You're fu*king shite you Orange bast*rd" which is correct me if I'm wrong, sectarian..

Glasshouse and stones mate.. best thing Shearer ever did was kick in him the face when he was on Leicesters books, he's a white ginger Diouf, and deep down you all know it

nice ops, your clearly not a football fan with those comments, as for the allegations your making about Lennon, well, the less said about them the better. I know Lennon well, have drank with him in my local on numerous occasions and can say with certainty he is one of the nicest blokes you could meet

                      Thanks.

If Lennon did say that (& I've seen the video where he allegedy said it & I'm not convinced either way), that's out of order and should be stamped out in Scottish football - as you know there's a fair few comments like that in the Scottish game and it does not help the game at all.

Glasshouses and stones is not really an accurate statement though - even if he did once say that. Lennon's definitely can get under people's skin, but he's nowhere near Diouf.

Mind you, you would have thought Diouf was no where near as bad as Lennon, as I don't think Diouf has had the threats what Lennon has.

Spitting at fans on at least two occasions, racially abusing a ball boy, abusing a player with a double fracture as he's being stretched off the pitch = spitting on a scarf! OK.

If you read one of my previous posts on this thread mate you will see that I've already metioned Gazza receieving threats... And as you're bringing it up, I aint got a clue about the specific threats to Gazza, if they came from a paramilitary group or not, though I do remember him getting threats after playing the sash.

Going totally off thread I'll throw another one in...Steven Gerrard....

he was as volatile on the pitch as Diouf is just you can't see it as he's was a Celtic player

at the end of the day Celtic fans are equally as bad as Rangers fans, pure Celts are equally as bad as pure Prods playing for their respective clubs..

for every complaint about behavior either of you have there are another 10 from the other side..
