This has been mentioned a few times now about the problems with some clones and driving a Diseqc motor, I just dont think the Power Supply they put in these clones has enough kick to power the motor correctly.

Advice so far has been to reflash the image or try another alternative image, Place another Receiver on the motor just to get it working and then replace clone Duo back.

Goto Sat Positioner setting and press red for 'Goto 0' command and then try again, or search using the positioner search menu on your current image.

A lot of hassle if you ask me.

Nope - no usb power for pendrive on either usbs at front or back.
Only sign of life apart from red light on front is flickering network activity lights at back when cat5 plugged in.

Have you loaded unzipped image onto formatted usb properly
Have you switched power on and off to get usb started.
Have you read how to update vu duo by usb.

                Yes, Yes and Yes.
USB was working yesterday with Pendrive light flickering. Nothing today after powerup.

Would have to go along with above suggestion then and get replaced.

I wouldent go for any of the vu+ clones vu+ team are Killing any known clone boxes and you will not be able to install latest firmware.......
                              A company called asp*eysatellite
has just been raided by customs for selling Imported CE models of the vu+ range.
By knowingly buying a cloned box you are supporting the Crime.
I think It should be a crime to knowingly buy a clone box as you know Its Illegal Clone Box!
Its Bad for the sat Sceen
Just buy the original then you wont have any problems with the cheap Hardware that Clone CE imports Have!
