Sir, at the end of the process, if everything goes well you will receive the PASSWORD written in BLUE, but in order to extract password Xhorse charge you a CREDIT. And when there is no keys you need 2 credits (tokens).
So no one can calculate the keys for you with does files, because there is no password on does files.

On does models, there is only 2 things you should do wrong.

1 - Used the same position as the original working key
2 - If you have a key V51 and have readed the NEC processor with NEC adapter. If you read with NEC adaptar, you should renew this NEC and write the same key position customer have.

Hi there.
Just did a W210 spare key. Read EIS data by IR then used old Motorola key and read key Password using Steering adaptor. Then made keys and it worked perfect.
Saves plenty time on these old EIS especially if you have to remove HC05 and resolder.

You data file is always same,when you soft ask you for save data chenge to _2,_3,_4 etc etc.. And load always last data file.

So if its is a 2016 Infared Key, its more than likely a FBS4 EIS. THere is no solution as of yet for DAS4 cars. Thats why you cannot communicate with it. Hope that helps. We are just now getting the A Class here in the States.

vvdi2 is not finish xhorse release vvdi key tool, vvdi key tool not finish i see now soon release tablet vvdi key tool....
but price decides this rules and games

@hipolitogt replace the original car EIS?Read and save the original eis data,replace the new eis,load the original eis data,fill in the password then save the eis data(with password),write the VIN.IR write the EIS data,then OK.(original eis with new password)

Hi, but you have forget one important issue.
and that being that diagspeed have to develop the tool and software from scratch
and vvdi just copy the soft and tool from diagspeed and others.
and thats why diagspeed charge 8000usd and vvdi only 1700usd.
and i think if you also charge normal price to customer you can get your money back in no time.

Today I failed at reading pass from W203 via IR.
When I read EIS when I try to read password I get message: "current eis don't support read password'.
I believe I need to remove EIS and read it on bench.
But maybe I could try this way:
I have one almost dead but still working key for W203. It is working 1 out of 10 times. I can read its data with MBTool and now the question is - what would happen if I write its data to a new key. Would the old key get deleted and the new one work or both of them would be dead?

I cannot erase because it says not Activated. I cannot personalise or anything. How to solve this problem? Is there any way of erasing the NEC and doing it again? As I said now it is the second ESL which VVDI messed up like this. Others I did with VVDI worked fine.

Before activate ecu .you can write vin by fvdi. After that you personalize and activate.

Hi there, i am trying to read elv w204 with blue adaptor, i ve desolder nec chip from pcb and solder it on the blue adaptor, but when i try to read it on the vvdi software i always get the fail message, could any1 tell me if i am doing something wrong?? I am using the blue adptor showed on the pic, is it right, or do i have to have the elv adptor to get it working??????

oh god :D your blue adapter are only for NEC key mcu, for ELV NEC mcu you need ELV adapter with socket :listen:

So there is no way to renew elv using the device wich comes together with vvdi??? That is a good news, so it is useless whitout elv adaptor??

Ok, so i need some help, if someone can shed some light i would be thankfull.
I ve got a w204 with unrepairable elv, and that car has just bga keys.
I ve got MB Full simon touch wich could do the job if i would have the .51 or .57 keys to read the password, so in this case it is useless, my question is, would be possible to renew the esl with simon touch (wich does it ok) and use vvdi to adpt again to the car???

Also had intermittent ignition switch issues so had an oem new switch and blue key, uninstalled.

I was able to get the password out of the v57 key (and confirmed ssid same as the eis). New BE and V51/V57 (tried all three) keys will not synch to the eis. Car keeps computing data and led stays on the key. Tried activating the keys through VVDI and still not recognized.
I also noticed it showed 9xx,xxx kms in the eis reading which is very wrong.

Unable to renew the existing EIS (W164 2009-) with key and erase passwords.

Installed the new EIS, loaded data with blue key. Read new EIS for hashes, made new keys (both BE and V51), neither would synch and eis refuses to activate. Kms are accurate on this eis when read.

Tried reading both on the bench with gateway, same issues as with in the car.


Any ideas to try next??

take old hashes, pass you have and write it in renew ezs then calculate key for unused position and all will work fine

i recomended to VVDI factory to remove this function, almost every people use this function without any knowlege... :stupid:

- Tried renewing EIS. stops at 60% every time.

- i think your key pass exctracted from bad key isn't valid !!!
- read EIS as AKL to get 100% valid key pass, after you calc right key dumps...and use BE key, must work like a charm...
- what EIS part numbers ???
- when you are not far or you can send me the old EIS for example by post or other service, then i try bring it back to live with valid keys

only with AKL way you can now have 100% valid key pass....don't waste time with other attempts...
bad key can be sure bad corrupt mcu dump...this is not so much sure way to build some house on them... :listen:

Yes, those are good but have some issues from time to time, like erasing it's EEPROM on some older cars like W210 and you have to reprogram them again.
Also on some newer cars automatic gears have problems when using this key. But it is a very rare problem.
I have heard those problems may have something to do with "Mark values", so it is worth to copy the original values from a working key.

Try renew eis.
Then re write data and before activating with the key, personalise esl from the eis menu.

Then insert key into eis and allow to activate.

almost all W204 ELV units stopped working without AA - error blocked in NEC, then enough only renew and can be reused again ( after some other steps ;) )
the rest - hard blocked in NEC can be unlocked, but 20-30% of this case not unlocked rightly...and thats for example your case... :listen:
