SGSH Bouquet 500C/800HD/800SE

Hi , I have a Dreambox 800HD, i dont see the port to connect to PC.

Is there a newb step-by-step guide to install the new channels into my DreamBox.

Can anyone also shed light on the places I can grab another DB for my mum ?

If your box doesn't match the pic, then it's a clone and not the 800hd

I have to get back to really check it properly, where is the guide(proven) to update the latest channel.My greateest fear is accidentally deleting the "preset channels" and having problem tuning it back.Previously, I had a DreamBox which uses the SIM Card, I have no solution to that DreamBox. It will be beneficial if anyone can tell me where I can get it

Master Astro, not sharing, it seems all need bouquet spoonfeeding. S10 is fully auto update chn bouquet with a NIT scan, Y need a dreambox bouquet?

Bros must select those with new freq chopperl tuner, not those of jpg above, which is old, rejected even by the Chinese locals, coil tuners. New type of tumers r so accurate that u get 90% quality rate and signal rate most of the time.

currently have fyhd800c-v set top box, unable to find the new channels 402, 456 etc by auto search, need to manually add in as following...

frequency: 156.00Mhz (not 157)
symbolrate: 06090

then click search, you will be able to see the new channels.
not sure why auto search did not capture them.

HI! I've been lurking and looking around these few SG related threads for sometime now and am ready to get a set top box..
but I don't seem to find the recommended boxes mentioned here with the new tuners in aliexpress.. only the more recent (& problematic FYHD boxes..)
anyone can throw me some keyword to point me in the right direction to search for the correct boxes? Best if all the masters here can spoon feed but I don't mind searching ..

Picons for H2 and H2 HD not showing in DM800se

I've uploaded the 06062013 bouquets and it works fine, however the picons for H2 (402) and H2 HD (456) does not show up in my DM800se although it shows in DBedit...very strange.

The file names 1_0_1_192_1F_1_FFFF009D_0_0_0.png and 1_0_11_1C8_1F_1_FFFF009D_0_0_0.png corresponds to the service references too. Anyone have an idea what could me missing?

Did u see the option on dreamboxedit the location of the picon folder? It must be tally with location for yr image. Better to ftp the picons manually to the correct folder.

Thanks for the tip, it was pointing to "/media/usb/picons/" (which I do not have installed), changed it to "/usr/share/enigma2/picon/" and it's fixed the problem now.

Still don't understand why picons were showing fine for other channels except for the new ones like H2 earlier. DBEdit didn't throw up any errors when it tried to extract the picons to the non-existent usb drive too.

Other picons is already stored in the folder so u still can get it to display. Did u see the log files to see if it really is transferred.
