None of those I.D's in red are looking healthy.

If these are correct you'll need to JTAG or find a box that can repair via USB. But I doubt you'll find one.

are you saying about ordinary phone unlock or SIM unlock if it so why are you searching the log file you should go for carrier unlock (orange)

Check your EFS file it will be an 8 digit number prefixed 01 01 in hex. The full procedure is given in the 1st post in this very thread!

Failing that post your EFS & 15 digit IMEI here...
