This EFS is way to small... It needs to be between 700 and 780K in size before you Zip/RAR it...

The sure fire way if you don't want to mess around: Huawei Modem Codes

They charge ?3.50 per code which is around the cheapest I've seen!

It does not work with Windows 7 properly or 64 bit! Try running under Windows XP 32 Bit.
