This has been discuss so many time do not unnecessary flash box. If you want to update latest channel than use DB edit to transfer it to box read this link

unless your box is dead than by all means flash it but do back up your keys 1st

if its a 500c, doesnt matter blackbox or dreambox
but make sure u have the full or image or keys and scce
otherwise, you will end up with channels but cannot watch

ahh icic.. my dm500c is working but some channels are blank.. however image is old and consists of Euro channels.. looking to update them.. any tips? thanks in advance!

Hi guys, new user here.

The DM800HDSE was working great for a month. But yesterday when we switched it on, all the signals were poor and BER was displaying large numbers. The footage on screen was unwatchable and some channels even had a tune error message window appearing.

Tried reloading the bouquet but it did not help at all. What could be the problem?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Dear master...I have follow the instruction on page 1 to upload the bouquets, however I only have radio channels and no TV/Video channels at all, could someone please help me how can I uploads the other channels. Greatly appreciate any advice. Thx

I tried to backup my keys and scce but they cannot be found....it only shows links.
May I know how can I get the keys and SCCE?

Mine is a Sunray4 HD SE/triple tuner set.

Unzip file
Use ftp method to transfer the whole var folder over to the box
overwrite all when prompt
Download var.zip from Sendspace.com - send big files the easy way
